The RW Perio app is provided by RW Perio Limited, 75 Harley Street, Marylebone, London W1G 8QL ("RW Perio", "we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Not medical advice
The videos, treatment information, podcast episodes and other content in the app are for general information only. They are not a diagnosis, and they don't replace advice from a dentist, periodontist or doctor who has examined you. Always get professional advice about your own oral health.
If you need urgent dental or medical help, call NHS 111. In a life-threatening emergency, call 999.
3. Appointments and treatment
Appointments booked from the app are made through our online booking system and are subject to the terms we give you when you book. Treatment is only provided after an assessment by a member of our clinical team.
4. Links to other services
The app links to services run by other companies, including our online booking provider, podcast and video platforms, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for them.
5. Our content
The content in the app belongs to RW Perio or is used with permission. You're welcome to view it for your own personal, non-commercial use, but please don't copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.
6. Using the app
Please don't misuse the app, try to access it without permission, or interfere with how it works.
7. Availability
We work to keep the app available and its information accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw the app at any time.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the general information in the app.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
